Did you know that ‘organic’ is a protected term? Without the proper certification, the term organic may not be used.
Bio, Eko, Eco or Organic? What do you need to consider when buying an organically produced flower or plant?

Many different terms are used all over the world to show that a plant of flower is organic. As stated in the ‘What is ORGANIC?’ article, organic is a protected term and may only be used for products that have undergone the necessary inspections. The same applies to terms such as Bio, Eko and Eco. If you see any of these terms on packaging in Europe, it can only be trusted when used in conjunction with the European organic label.
The quality mark can appear in various colours (both dark and light shades).
